Managing Activities

 AIM has a list for all activities. Appointments and Notes are listed using the calendar windows . To Do’s, Phone Calls and Work Details each have a log list window especial designed to meet there unique requirements. By selecting the date range you wish to view, the log lists can be for current task or past task. The To Do and Phone Call logs have a check box to show completed activities when checked. The Work Log will total the hours worked for each day and the date range listed. On each log a right click will display a pop-up menu for cloning, recurring or changing the selected activity.
